Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually shipped out same day if the order is received by 12:00 pm (CST) Monday through Thursday.
In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-5 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours Monday through Thursday.
Orders are delivered via U.S. Postal Service or Fed Ex Ground (depending on size and weight of the shipment)
A Physical Street address is required for all shipments. If you do not accept mail at your location, please provide a mailing address with your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories allow 1-2 additional days for delivery
Business days do not include weekends or holidays

Shipping Costs are viewable during the time of checkout when ordering on-line, you can calculate shipping in the cart by entering your State and Zip code.
Large or heavy items may require to be shipped via Freight, and a Freight quote must be obtained before the item is shipped.
We currently only ship within the United States.

Outdoor Brandz will only allow customers to order via the on-line store if the Internet server is secure. The security certificate is built in to your web browser to allow secure access to Internet servers when performing such tasks as on-line banking or providing your credit card number, to protect your personal information.
Purchases are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, return the item within 30 days of the date of purchase in good working condition ready for the shelf & we will refund your money (shipping not included - outbound or inbound). Customers who return items after the 30-days will be issued a store credit. Returns on purchases older than 60 days will not be accepted. Refunds for any returned items sold with FREE SHIPPING will be less the shipping cost to and from the customer. Special orders, clearance items or items that have been modified cannot be returned.
Fishing Rods - All Rods must be returned to Outdoor Brandz at Owners cost. If Rod is found to be defective, then a replacement rod will be shipped back to the customer or a refund will be issued.
Clearance Items are not eligible for return. All sales final on Clearance items.
All returns MUST include original packaging and all components.
